Two completed projects show why different perspectives in construction matter: developer responsibility from development through sale on one side and complex delivery as general contractor on the other. We know construction projects from different positions of responsibility – and therefore assess decisions not in isolation, but in the context of the whole project.

Role: We delivered the project for the owner with extended project management, procurement, contractor coordination and construction management.

Project: Refurbishment; now used as student housing · 6,985 m².
Role: As partial general contractor, we delivered the roof, sprinkler system and both underground parking levels.
