Since 2025, KRINGS INGENIEURE XPERTEN has been a member of the Verband norddeutscher Wohnungsunternehmen e. V. (VNW), the association of northern German housing companies.
Membership connects us with the northern German housing sector and supports professional exchange on affordable housing, existing-building development, new construction, sustainability and the commercial framework of construction.
This exchange is particularly valuable to us because technical solutions must also fit financing, operation, user requirements and long-term commercial viability.

Cooperation Partners

KRINGS INGENIEURE XPERTEN remains the independent technical and commercial partner on the owner’s side. For us, cooperation does not mean being tied to particular providers, but being able to bring together appropriate expertise for a specific task.

We work with Steinwender Architekten on architectural and design matters where the project constellation is appropriate. Combining architectural design with our technical and commercial project management enables early coordination of design quality, function, cost and deliverability.
