Overall responsibility for project delivery
We managed the entire construction project for the owner with extended project management – including material procurement, coordination and control of contractors, and construction management.
We brought procurement, purchasing, contractor coordination and site operations together from the owner’s perspective.
Specific project requirements
Waterfront location: The immediate proximity to the water shaped the framework conditions of the project.
Underground parking: The underground car park had to be integrated into construction sequencing and coordination as a key project component.
Site logistics: Narrow access routes placed particular demands on deliveries, site organisation and contractor coordination.
