Clearly defined responsibility within a partial GC scope
As partial general contractor, we delivered clearly defined areas of the refurbishment: roof, sprinkler system and both underground parking levels.
Refurbishment rather than new build
JoHaGa was explicitly not a new-build project. The existing building fabric and the clearly defined partial-GC commission shaped the project organisation. Roof, sprinkler system and both underground parking levels had to be delivered as defined work packages within the overall project and coordinated with the other project stakeholders.
