Coordinate delivery on site
We coordinate contractors, monitor progress and flag deviations early. The agreed design, specifications and programme form the basis of our work. Technical and organisational issues are documented and prepared for timely decisions.

Support that fits the project
Our project fields include single-family homes, apartment buildings, hotels, offices, commercial properties and student accommodation. On refurbishment projects, we consider the interfaces between existing conditions, new design and continued occupation. Site attendance is agreed according to the project’s needs.
Establish responsibilities before work starts
We begin by reviewing design maturity, procurement status, the programme and the allocation of tasks. We agree how meetings, reporting and decisions will work. The appointment clearly defines construction management duties, statutory responsibilities and any additional specialist services required under the German project framework.
