From design to tender enquiry
We clarify design maturity, the work required and interfaces between trades. Unclear requirements are identified wherever possible before offers are requested. The aim is a transparent basis for comparable quotations.

Assess price in context
An offer needs to be considered alongside the included work, assumptions and interfaces. We explain differences and unresolved points, including programme requirements and identifiable implications for delivery. This gives the client a clearer basis for evaluating alternatives.
Support tailored to your procurement process
We start with the current design and tender information, your target dates and the planned procurement approach. Responsibilities and decision routes are agreed at the outset. Where procedures involve specific legal requirements, appropriate procurement-law advice is engaged separately. Contract awards remain with the client or are made only within an expressly agreed authorisation.
